As recent immigrants to Canada, we have been living in various apartments but as our first child was growing, it became more important for us to have a proper residence; specifically, a house. We called of a sign and spoke to Mario. His easy going nature coupled with an encyclopedic knowledge of the real estate industry, gave us a sense of comfort which we had not felt with other realtors, even those who were our countrymen.
Though it took some time to find a place that met our needs, Mario never lost perspective and or his humour,even, when we became discouraged after our 3rd multiple offer failure. He stuck with us and encouraged us to keep a good spirit about the situation.
We are now in a beautiful property in the Bayview village....Mario has since become our friend as well as our agent. whenever the topic comes up, we do not hesitate to recommend him.
