The last several decades have brought changes to every aspect of society including the real estate market. It is constantly growing and evolving and with ever increasing responsibilities at home and at work, it's easy to be overwhelmed. Before you enter the real estate maze, look for someone with the knowledge and experience to help you make all the right moves. It, takes patience to listen and both knowledge & skill to help you succeed. I will put my twenty years of real estate experience in the professional market, to work for you. Together, we will make a powerful and dynamic team.
I have lived and worked in Etobicoke since 1987. Previous to that, I lived in several parts of Metro with the longest stretch, being in High Park - Bloor West. I have taken an active role in helping to raise my family. I taught secondary school for the North York Board for 11 years. Through the ratepayers committee and as a member of the Etobicoke Chamber of Commerce, I have been active in community life. I have been working the west end market since joining my first west end office in 1991. This has given me a great perspective on the changing housing market in the Greater Toronto Area which I will put to work to your advantage.

About Toronto and surrounding areas
Toronto is a young city in comparison to many world capitals but, make no mistake, it is world class. This very nature gives it a vibrant energy that makes it an exciting place to live, work, play and a great place to raise a family. This youthful town encompasses a cosmopolitan nature second to none. Only 160 years old and more than 3 million strong, it has within its boarders, over 100 ethnic languages and cultures. Among it's best known are Chinatown, Little Italy and Greek-town. Toronto is a city of neighbourhoods and communities. Old and new, large and small, they exist side by side to give the city it's mosaic image.
This ethnic diversity is complimented by it's social complexity such that it assures that everyone and everything has a place. By day, the downtown core includes a financial heart that drives the Ontario and the Canadian economy; And by night, it comes alive with restaurants, night clubs, bars and a street life as bohemian as any large city.
If culture and recreation are your taste, you will not be disappointed. The theater scene is the third largest in North America. We have art galleries, concert halls, an opera company, a world renowned symphony, the ballet and a world class museums. Recreation can be passive or active. For the sports fan, Toronto is home to four professional franchises; hockey, baseball, football and basketball. But it is also a city of parks, trails and green spaces that allow one to walk, cycle or just sit and enjoy the pleasure of green spaces without leaving the city. Truly, it allows the mind to rest and the spirit to soar.
Finally, a city is a place to live and grow. Whether you live in town, up town or out of town, Toronto is both safe and clean. To paraphrase Peter Ustinov, Toronto is like New York run by the Swiss. Welcome to my city, I love it and you will too.
